Dr. Med. Bambang Soegianto graduated as a medical practitioner from University of Vienna, Austria in 1976. In 1984, he obtained his General Surgery Specialist from Muenster University, Germany. From 1985 until now, Dr. Bambang serves as the Head of General Surgery Sub Department in Dr. Ramelan Hospital, Surabaya - Indonesia.

In 2001, he was registered as a member of International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy in America (I-ACT). In 2002, he was also listed as a member of European Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ESHRS) and received two certificates, that include: Micrograft Laser Technic Hair Transplantation from Transhair Institute, Germany and Erbium YAG Laser Assisted Autologous Hair Transplantation from Transhair & Aesthetic Team, Netherlands.
